The 32 guest rooms and suites at The Simsbury 1820 House are divided between the Main House and the home’s original Carriage House, built in 1820 by Revolutionary War hero Noah Phelps. Each room is individually styled with 19th century antiques, reproductions, and fabrics to reflect the original style of the house. Four-poster canopied beds are luxuriously dressed in Belgian linens with goose down featherbeds and comforters. Modern amenities include complimentary wireless Internet access, TV, and telephones with computer ports. Many rooms offer views of historic Simsbury and Main Street from a hilltop vantage point.

The Hotel charges a daily resort fee which allows us to provide many wonderful benefits to enhance your stay. The $17.25 resort fee includes the following amenities:
